Terms and Conditions – GrandPrix Camp BV

Article 1 – Definitions
1. GrandPrix Camp BV: the private limited company under Dutch law that operates the pop-up
campsite under the trade name Grandprix.camp.
2. User: any natural or legal person who visits Grandprix.camp, makes use of its facilities, or enters
into any agreement or legal relationship with GrandPrix Camp BV in connection with
Grandprix.camp.

Article 2 – Scope of Application
1. These special terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and actual usage situations
related to Grandprix.camp and its associated campsites.
2. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by GrandPrix
Camp BV.

Article 3 – Bookings, Cancellations, and Transferability
1. Bookings are final and cannot be canceled. No (partial) refunds will be issued.
2. Bookings are non-transferable unless the User has obtained prior written consent from GrandPrix
Camp BV.
3. GrandPrix Camp BV is entitled to request a reasonable security deposit per User, payable before
or upon arrival.

Article 4 – Payment and Confirmation
1. The User must pay the full booking amount immediately after reservation via the customer portal
of GrandPrix Camp BV.
2. A reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received. In case of non-payment,
GrandPrix Camp BV may cancel the booking immediately without prior notice.

Article 5 – Delivery, Inspection, and Use of the Rented Property
1. GrandPrix Camp BV ensures that the rented object is provided in good condition.
2. The User must inspect the rented property immediately upon arrival and report any defects to
GrandPrix Camp BV without delay.
3. The User shall use the rented property solely for its intended purpose, as a diligent tenant, and
report any damage or issues to GrandPrix Camp BV immediately.

Article 6 – Return of Property
1. The User must return the rented property immediately after the agreed usage period in the same
condition in which it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Article 7 – Code of Conduct and Site Rules
1. The User must behave as a respectful guest and must not cause nuisance or disturbance at
Grandprix.camp or its surroundings.
2. The User shall follow all instructions from or on behalf of GrandPrix Camp BV at all times.
3. In addition to these conditions, the house and site rules of the landowner apply; these are
displayed at the entrance of each Grandprix.camp site and form an integral part of the agreement.

Article 8 – User Liability
1. The User is liable for any damage to the rented property, to other property of GrandPrix Camp BV
or third parties, or to the site itself, caused during their stay, insofar as such damage is attributable
to the User.

Article 9 – Sanctions for Non-Compliance
1. In case of non-compliance, partial compliance, or late compliance with any provision of these
terms and conditions, GrandPrix Camp BV is entitled to:
a. deny the User temporary or permanent access to Grandprix.camp;
b. withhold the deposit in whole or in part;
c. terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, without being liable for any compensation.

Article 10 – Liability of GrandPrix Camp BV
1. The liability of GrandPrix Camp BV, including that of its employees and third-party contractors, is
limited to the amount paid out under its liability insurance, plus the applicable deductible.
2. If for any reason no insurance payout occurs, any liability is limited to the amount paid by the User
for the relevant booking, with a maximum of €5,000.

Article 11 – Exclusion of Liability for Climatic Conditions
1. GrandPrix Camp BV is not liable for damages, inconveniences, or limitations in use of
accommodations or facilities due to weather or climatic conditions, including – but not limited to –
extreme heat, heavy or prolonged rainfall, storms, wind, flooding, drought, smoke, or other natural
influences.
2. Such circumstances do not entitle the User to any refund, cancellation, or compensation.
3. The User has a personal duty to investigate expected weather conditions and is responsible for
preparing accordingly. This includes consulting publicly available forecasts and bringing appropriate
clothing, shelter, and gear.
4. GrandPrix Camp BV strongly recommends taking out travel, cancellation, and property insurance
covering weather-related inconveniences or damage.

Article 12 – Force Majeure
1. GrandPrix Camp BV shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from
force majeure.
2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war, natural disasters, pandemics, government
actions, civil unrest, strikes, third-party failures (including circuits, landowners, and transport
providers), event cancellations, extreme weather preventing operations, fire, or other calamities.
3. In such cases, GrandPrix Camp BV reserves the right to cancel or suspend the agreement in
whole or in part without being liable for any compensation.
4. Where feasible, GrandPrix Camp BV will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative
arrangement.
